I stayed here a couple months ago but only got to review this now. I'm usually the type of traveller who only likes to stay in 4/5 star resorts but I decided to give a small boutique Inn a shot. This Inn was great! Great decision! The service was fantastic as she went out of her way for any small request that we had. The room was perfect with a back terrace that overlooked the beautiful river that rushed by making it an awesome relaxing feel. I would definitely return!

We stayed here for four nights in one of the cabins and it was awesome. What a great place right on the river with great amenities like a playground, horse shoes, basket ball and tether ball. Also the hosts are very nice people so thank you very much Brian, Nate and Karin we had a great time and no doubt we will back back.

A very nice inn. In the nicest possible way, the rooms are a bit like the cabins run by some of the national parks, e.g. Crater Lake or Yellowstone. Our spacious room had a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker (with a jar of coffee and filter papers, not little sachets), and a wood burning stove, and sofa. The balcony is right next to the river. So if you don't put the sign out for the maid to tidy your room, it could be virtually a self-catering cabin if you want. As I said, this is all meant to be complimentary and to give a flavour of the lovely rustic, quiet nature of it. Nowhere to put clothes (apart from a hanging rail), that's the only criticism.

Cute family friendly place. Not perfect but very clean. The sounds of the river are nice to fall asleep to. There are multiple fire pits , grills and outdoor seating areas for guests to enjoy. We would happily stay here again.

Our family traveled to Estes Park and came across this gem to stay in for three nights. We loved our stay here! The Inn was in the perfect location. It was right outside of Rocky Mountain National Park and only minutes from downtown Estes. We were able to grill for lunch, sit by the bonfire and hot tub right on the river. The rooms were rustic and cozy and offered an outdoor deck. We even got to see black bear come right into the lodge area! Overall, the staff was great, and the Inn on Fall River really added to our vacation.
