The front desk of our hotel (Saddle Inn) recommended us this restaurant and we dont't regret it.
From the outside you can't imagine what it is inside. You have the choice between the upper level - more cafetaria style - and the dinner room downstairs, with large windows unto a nice pond full of ducks and geese.
We had a table by the window and could enjoy sunset over the pond.
For our last evening in the Rockies we first ordered a Californian champagne, which was served in two small bottles (just like in an airplane). Strange!
The ceviche with salmon and a white fish was excellent. Afterwards my wife took a local trout with wild rice, and I got a perfectly grilled (pink inside) piece of Ahi-Tuna with wild rice.
Fish was of good quality, but not really extraordinary.
We paid 85 $ for two (we decided to have coffe and tea after dinner in the Stanley Hotel: we would definitely recommend this to everyone)
