“Very novel, good food all around.”
Reviewed March 14, 2013

Very novel place. DOllar bills signed and aped to every square inch of the interior. The money is all gatherd annually and donated, then the wallpapering begins anew.
Enjoyed dinner for four and each of us were pleased with our entrees, the service time and the oderate pricing. We ordered a bottle of white wine, it was served well chilled and kept that way at our table. It was a relatively busy night and the staff took it in stride. This restaurant seemed to be well managed and lived up to our expectations.

“Great Dining Room, Food Lacking”
Reviewed March 13, 2013

We ate here on a week night during the winter months and found the food below average, especially considering the fare.
We immediatly got attitude when we refused a very small table in the corner of an empty dining room. The mussels were served in hot water with parsley and the veal parmesan was mostly bread and cheese, swimming in marinara sauce. The salads were lettuce and one cherry tomato apiece, but with a 1/2 cup of dressing, when we couldn't eat them and sent them back we received the comment, "sorry". The bread consisted of two 1" X 2" pieces of garlic bread wrapped in a yard of aluminum foil...We should have kept it for recycling.

“Good atmosphere, OK food”
Reviewed March 11, 2013

We ate here for our big dinner out. It was a nice atmosphere, with small tables, candles, low noise, fireplace. Good service. We had salads - I had the seasonal one for an extra $2, with mandarin oranges, walnuts, dried cranberries, spinach, and a good vinegarette. Our main course was brought out way before we were done with our salads, though. My husband had the scallops and was very pleased. I had the lobster ziti bake and was not so happy. It seemed to be a huge block of cheese with some noodles, and a few small pieces of lobster, mostly a flavorless heavy dish. We had white chocolate pumpkin cheesecake for dessert, which was wonderful. Cost us $65 without drinks and while I liked the restaurant, I was not happy with my choice of entree, so that colored my review.

“Delightful evening on a cold winter night!”
Reviewed February 28, 2013

As you enter, you are greeted with bills (money) tacked to the walls and ceiling...totally covered! We had a table by the fireplace for four, and it was warm and inviting. The waitress was friendly, helpful and attentive. They are "known" for their pastas, and have gluten-free items. I had the salmon and steamed vegetables...delicious! We shared an enjoyable bottle of Terrazas Malbec. Delightful evening with old friends.
