The Evergreens on Fall River
Certificate of Excellence
Reviewed October 2, 2013

We just returned from Estes - The flood has damaged the roads, some landscape but not the true heart and soul of the Evergreen on Fall River owners. Thank you for a great stay !!! We have stayed here several times as many of our family members - it continues to be a GREAT place to stay. If you are looking for a place of majestic beauty - great accommendations this is the place. Hot tub, fishing, close to town, the comforts on home - ths is the place. Both the place on the river and the cabin in the mountains are absolutely unbelievable. With the flood adding to your issues I pray for a quick recovery to the damage and again Thank you and your team for making our stay a memorable one.

Room Tip: All rooms are very nice

What a great place. My wife and I and our two college age kids stayed this past July. The cabin duplex was very quiet, comfortable with all the amneties you would expect. Most importantly, It was very clean and had a very large bathroom, the 2 bedrooms were large with a clean comfortable beds. The living area was comfortable with a western cabin motif. We loved making coffee in the morning and going out to the deck to enjoy the sounds of the river and scent of the pines surronding the property. It looked like each unit came with a gas grill which was clean and came with all the grilling utensils. It had a very cool gas fireplace and hot tub!. The location is great! Nothing is very far a way in Estes Park and The Evergreens was minutes from the park entrance and riding stables which was awesome!

Had a two bedroom cabin with our two kids, and it was so nice. Amazing views of the river, nice spacious cabin and clean. The decor was appropriately cabin themed without feeling outdated. Wonderful bedding as well. Kids loved the hot tub and the huge list of movies that were available. The whole property was very quiet and peaceful, with the sound of the river gushing in the background. One morning we woke up to see an elk sleeping right across from our cabin! We will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time here. Our cabin was spacious and clean. We had plenty of room to relax, the family could all eat together in the large kitchen. A wonderful view of the river, and the relaxing sound of the river when we opened our windows. Our cabin was very quiet, we could not hear the people in the adjacent cabin at all. The staff is all very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend staying here. We will be back again.

I paid $125 with a "special". The room was pretty dirty- sticky gunk on the bathroom door and the couch was small so it smelled like feet on one end. That was my biggest issue- that for $125 I can't even get a really clean room. On the up side the jetted tub off the bedroom was a nice bonus and the room was very large.

We had a great time at this place. It was so nice and clean and cozy. We were there off season so ot was very quiet. We had a gift certificate from 2008 that we hadn't used and the honored it(called ahead) with no problem. I wish we could have stayed longer. We definately will be back and will recommend it. Keely at the desk was very helpful and friendly.

Room Tip: We stayed in room 3 quiet and good parking as I can't walk far

Well I'll start off by saying that Evergreens on Fall River is a peaceful getaway for those wanting to escape from the city.. We spent our Valentines Day weekend in here. Our first impression was that we must have gotten one of their older cabins.. The furniture and decor was a little dated for our taste. The bed was small and mattress was not the best. Pros: The staff was friendly and accomodating. The cabin was above the river and very quiet. Never once heard a car or anything for that matter. The spa tub was nice and big. The daily service was a nice touch.
