Great experience, again! Love the accommodations, pool area and staff. We've been staying here every year for the past 12 years. Once I found Ram's Horn, I stopped staying anywhere else when I visit Estes Park.

Room Tip: If you want to be in the middle of all the action, units 5, 6 or 7 are for you. If you want an open...

Thank all of you at Rams Horn for making our stay at your resort such a pleasant experience. When we checked in at the welcome center we were greeted and welcome with smiles. The young woman that helped us answered all our questions and gave us great referrals to some restaurants in Estes Park. We were so surprised by the banner that was made just for us. Then there was the fruit basket, what a treat. Our unit was very clean and well decorated. The bed and bedding was really comfortable. I do not usually write reviews, but we were so impressed by Rams Horn that I wanted to say thank you. We will stay there again and definitely will recommend your resort to others. Keep up the good work. We were able to relax and enjoy are time in Estes Park.

Once again we experienced the warmth, hospitality and excellence of Rams Horn! We have been coming to Estes Park for about 7 yrs. After 2 yrs. we decided to buy into Rams Horn, and have been so happy with our decision. Upon pulling into our parking space, we seem to be able to let the stress of daily life go and thoroughly enjoy our stay. We always find our personal "Welcome Home" sign on the front door. :D Each home is spotless, well equipped, spacious, and really comfortable. The beds are totally the best!!! The wine and cheese party, waffle breakfast and ice cream social are all really fun events where you get to meet other guests and quickly become friends! We usually take full advantage of the pool and hot tub, and volleyball court and game room. The only things you'll need are your groceries! (Unless you're taking advantage of the great restaurants in town and near by!)

The staff at Rams Horn is top-notch! They are on-site all day, everyday, sometimes evenings too. Anything you need, they are there for you. Whether it's directions, hiking tips, restaurant or tour recommendations....you name it! One of the maintenance workers even offered to haul in our groceries for the week! :D SO friendly!

I hope you too will enjoy your stay at Rams Horn! :D

Room Tip: There are no bad homes......just that the mountain view is a little more/less from certain homes.

Rams Horn Village Resort in Estes Park was an amazing place to visit. The accommodations were superb! Elk walked around were everywhere and it truly was a trip to remember. Seems like I always had to have my camera handy. We got there on March 31st until April 7th, 2012. We got real lucky and got 8 inches of snow in April. When we first got there it felt like it was 80 degrees. Of course it wasn't, only the high elevation made us think it was warmer than it actually really was. My husband, son and I looked at each other and said, I guess we won't be doing Spring Skiing this year. So for 2 days, we did a little hiking at the Rocky Mountain National Park. There is so much to see there. On April 2, it snowed for 2 days STRAIGHT and needless to say Eldora Ski Resort was fabulous!!! Funny how you can buy just about anything in this world but you can't buy the weather. We skied for 3 days and visited so many local stores. The people at the office of Rams Horn told us where to go and even gave us some great hints on getting more for your money. The free laundry room came in handy and people at the main office were very informative. The rooms were clean and the view was spectacular. So we did a little hiking, skiing and horseback riding. We enjoyed this vacation so much and plan to return!

Room Tip: I don't think there was any negative part on this resort. It was excellent!! Tips, the drinking...

We have owned at Rams Horn Village for 10 years and have enjoyed at least 2 weeks each year at this wonderful resort with our family ( 3 generations ). We are the owners who reported this incident to Rams Horn Management when the situation became unbearable. The individuals were being very noisy & boisterous in the pool area even though it closed at 10PM and it was approaching midnight. The intensity was increasing as more & more alcohol was consumed. We felt it was necessary to call for help, not only for our benefit but also out of concern for the occupants of the other cabins affected by the noise.
We agree totally with the Response submitted by the Rams Horn General Manager. It is an accurate account of the situation and of the actions taken by the staff. We were satisfied with their reaction to this problem and feel that all of their actions were appropriate.,
Rams Horn Village is a family oriented resort and as such cannot tolerate such behavior as we witnessed. We certainly don't want our grandchildren exposed to such behavior. It is hard to understand how anyone couild have no concern for other people. Common sense and common courtesy should dictate being quiet after 10PM anywhere on the property for the benefit of the other guests. Courtesy & respect have always been the spirit at Rams Horn for all of our visits over the last 10 years. We never experienced such a problem as this.
All of the Rams Horn Village staff members put forth much personal effort to ensure that everyones visit to Rams Horn is safe, pleasirable & restful. The reaction of the Rams Horn Management & staff in this situation is a good example of the extent to which they will go to protect everyone, guest and owner alike.
As usual, our grandkids were asking " when are we coming back to Rams Horn" before we even checked out. Rams Horn Village has become the standard by which we measure every other resort we visit. It is indeed our 'Home Away From Home'.

We always feel like family each time we come to Rams Horn. Management makes sure you always feel safe by addressing any issues. We always felt our kids were safe while on vacation.
Rams Horn is owned by a group of owners whose Board has set up guildlines and rules you must follow if you want to rent. These rules allow everyone to enjoy and have fun on their stay.

Rams Horn Village is a wonderful resort where you can truly relax when on vacation. The units are spacious, clean, well kept, and the beds are so comfortable giving you the best sleep you've ever had. The elk are no strangers to the resort often roaming the property. The pool was surprisingly warm and the hot tub is huge, you could easily fit a family of 12 in it. There is a game room where you can rent games, movies, and equipment for play around the resort. There are also many hammocks spread throughout the grounds, as well as a volleyball court and tether ball area. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the Sunday morning waffle breakfast is something not to be missed. There is also a Saturday evening welcome with wine, cheese, and other assorted dinner munchies. This is great place to relax by the fire, hang out on the porch and watch for wildlife, and experience what Estes Park has to offer. It is within two miles of both main street and the Rocky Mountain National Park entrance putting you in a prime location. We had such a great time and we look forward to visiting the Rams Horn Village Resort again in the future.
