stayed in a spa suite for 2 nights at the beginning of this week. i highly recommend spa suites #1-4, they are in the best area of the resort, you face the fall river, but no traffic (in the summer anyway).

All of the other reviews below just say what I would say. The place is great! i have to go back someday!

Stayed 4 days in the Spa Suite at this beautiful, quiet, and excellently located resort. Although it is under B&B/Inn-it is more a specialty lodging. From the amenities in the room (fireplace-cd-dvd-vcr-spa tub-double shower, full kitchen) to the ground amenities-hot tub overlooking Fall River, outdoor furniture to sit unwind, read, take in the beauty of nature, to the front office staff-this place exceeded our expectations. The rooms are well appointed, clean and provide everything and more than you could require. Easy access to town and to Rocky Mountain National Park. Look forward to returning again.

We stayed three nights in July 2008 in a spa suite, suite 1 in fact delightfully located on the quieter side of the resort at the end of a row of three units, facing Fall River. It was lovely, we slept on the best bed throughout our 14 day trip, the bathroom had a double shower bigger than most bathrooms in Europe!, we had a TV, kitchenette, indoor spa with views of the river delightful. The suite was cleaned daily and we were left to enjoy ourselves without intrusion. Located within 10 minutes of the entrance to the national park and although just off the highway we could not here the traffic noise, just the sound of Fall river soothing us to sleep each night. Highly recommended

Boulder Brook is a wonderful place - clean, quiet & romantic. We stayed in a spa suite and it was the perfect place to retreat to after hiking at Rocky Mountain National Park during the day. It really made our visit special.

We booked a two day stay at Boulder Brook on the recommendation of friends. It was everything we expected and more! The booking process was effortless and the front desk staff very helpful. We stayed in a spa suite which was perfect for a couples weekend (our daughter was at camp nearby). The room was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was the best I have ever slept in! I especially loved sitting in the lawn chairs by the river with my morning coffee and evening glass of red. Our stay was quiet and serene and we will be back.
