“Childrens Programs are Excellent!”

We went on a vacation with another family and our children participated in the Geo Cache and Photo Journalism programs. The kids really enjoyed them and have talked about the programs for the entire vacation! Working with Rachel organizing the courses that best work with the kids was wonderful. She was very helpful, patience and customer oriented. Joanne was the instructor for the Photo Journalism course and she did a fantastic job with the kids. The courses are several hours in length and the kids were entertained the entire time! A MUST DO while on a family vacation in Estes Park.

“Best tour guide”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 9, 2013

This was a great experience. The tour bus held 14 people so everyone had a very personal experience. Our guide and bus driver were very informative and friendly. A great lunch at the summit was included. A fantastic day!

“Spectacular tour!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 6, 2013

This was an amazing tour. We had a group of only 3 people and the tour still went on as planned as a private tour for my family. We were greeted by David and Jeff at the beautiful Visitor Center.
We had the 12 seater bus to ourselves and we stopped at all the highlights of Trail Ridge Road.
Due to the most interesting teachings by our guides, we all learned so much about plant and animal life, geology, and history. David had been a former teacher and worked in several capacities as a Park Ranger and his wonderful intern, Jeff, has enhanced our hiking experiences forever as we have a greater understanding of the survival of nature. We would greatly recommend this tour and hope to return for another. The tour also provided a delicious lunch.
The Rocky Mountain Nature Association is a very worthwhile organization to support.

“We felt like royalty!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 21, 2013

We too are "team Joann" on this one. We booked our tour quite a while ago and felt pretty regal that we had the whole bus to ourselves (and Joann of course). She took us on the Grand Lake Safari, where you basically see ALL of Trail Ridge Road, without any of the driving on your own. Joann is a walking history lesson on all things RMNP...she's a retired college professor and it's obvious she was and is a teacher by trade. We had so much fun with her! This is an excellent way to see and learn about RMNP!

“Journey to the Top bus tour”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 16, 2013

My wife and I took this tour with Joann and we had a very good experience. RMNA was kind enough to keep the tour on, even though it was for just the two of us. Our guide, Joann, was wonderful and explained a lot of things to us which make our subsequent days in the park that much nicer. She was very flexible, allowed us to linger longer at some parts, gave us good pointers as to what to look for, taught us a lot about the flora in the park. All in all, I highly recommend this service, even for those who have a car and wish to travel the park themselves.
