My girlfriend and I stayed at the Kokoplli Inn in Estes Park in mid April of 2014. Such a nice place! Butch and June treated us like family, the room was nicely furnished, the hot tub hot, and the breakfast was something I would love to have every morning :). To top it all off, the last day we were there, we woke to falling snow outside. It looked like a winter wonderland, so beautiful and peaceful! I would definitely visit Kokopelli again (and again and again....).

Thanks Butch and June for such a nice place to spend a special weekend!

Room Tip: The Kokopelli room has a really nice big shower that easily fits two people :)

I would highly recommend the Kokopelli Inn for a peaceful relaxing stay. Butch and June are friendly and wonderful, it feels like you truly are guests in their home. The room we stayed in is large, clean and inviting. Breakfast was yummy and was accompanied by piñon coffee and a big soft homemade cinnamon roll. A highlight is the hot tub at night while enjoying the stars on a clear night. Butch and June's Inn reflects their warm and welcoming spirits.

Kokopelli in nestled in a forest of trees and wildlife. Humming birds are everywhere and very entertaining. Butch and June and very kind and friendly. Breakfast was wonderful and very filling. The hot tub is very private and once again you are entertained by the humming birds. We stayed in the Kokopelli Suite which was very nice and roomy with a huge walk out private deck. The only downfalls is the bed is extremely uncomfortable and lumpy. The bathroom is nicely done and appealing but does lack privacy with salon style doors in place of a regular door.

You will feel very at home and welcome here.

Thank you for your review of our inn. We are sorry that you found the bed uncomfortable. It is a very good pillowtop mattress and have had many compliments on how comfortable it was. Your feedback is very important to us as we strive to make every guest's stay an enjoyable one.

June and Butch are very gracious and friendly hosts. Their B&B is immaculate and quiet. The breakfasts are excellent. The view is perfect. The Whispering Pines suite was warm and comfortable. We were treated to cookies or chocolate covered strawberries every afternoon. The hot tub was wonderful. I cannot say enough about this B&B. We will return on our next trip to RMNP.

Great food, beautiful views, soft warm beds, just perfect for our honeymoon getaway. We couldn't have been happier! Be sure to sneak off to the hot tub on a cold night for gorgeous snowy scenery. June and Butch were as sweet and as helpful as can be. They didn't even get irritated when I admitted to them I accidentally melted ice cream all over their mini fridge :\ If we stay in Estes again it will definitely be here!

We just spent 3 nights in the Whispering Pine suite and it was wonderful. The room was so comfortable and welcoming that we didn't want to leave it! June and Butch are gracious hosts, very helpful and just fun to sit down and have a conversation with. The breakfasts were outstanding as were the snacks. My wife and I showed up with a long list of food specifications, which June was more than happy to work with, and we still couldn't believe how delicious everything was! Our only regret we had was that we couldn't stay longer!

One other thing about the location - Estes is a small town, and even a little ways away is still more than close enough to get to everywhere in a short period of time. We chose this B&B specifically for it's location, but even if you're a little concerned about being "out of town", don't be. It's just right.

June and Butch are the nicest people that you will ever meet; I am so glad that my husband and I chose the Kokopelli Inn as our home base while visiting Rocky Mountain National Park. Luckily, we met some great people at breakfast who told us to do the Bear Lake area hikes (Emerald and Haiyaha are spectacular). Breakfast was delicious both days, the room was comfortable and clean (we stayed in the Dream Catcher), the cat was friendly and adorable, and the hummingbirds were amazing. I highly recommend the Kokopelli Inn.
