June and Butch were the most hospitable hosts you could ask for. My boyfriend and I came in from California to visit the Rockies and due to an emergency, our plan to arrive early Saturday turned into 9pm Saturday night and June was really accommodating and we ended up staying an extra night with them. They had great recommendations for things to do in the area and we had a snack waiting for us when we returned from being out all day and breakfasts in the morning were some of the best meals we had during our visit. We are both looking forward to returning for another stay :)

This inn is a wonderful comfortable, relaxing place to stay when you are visiting the Estes Park area. We have visited the area several times, but this time we picked the BEST place to stay. Located just out of town a couple of miles is very relaxing. June and Butch have made this a great place. They are very hospitable and all the extras that go along with the room are wonderful, including the hummingbird shows you can watch from your deck. We are B&B visitors and they are the best places to stay. Best wishes for the future to the inn keepers. Thanks!

We checked in on Friday afternoon and left very early on Sunday to catch an airplane. June and Butch were excellent host. Very friendly and helpful about the sights in the area. Wish we could have stayed longer. Blessings to the Kokopelli Inn Keepers.

My fiance and I had the pleasure of staying for two nights while we hiked RMNP, which was not long enough. It was a highlight of our vacation. This place has it all ...in the room you get absolute privacy, a beyond comfortable bed, warm robes, stocked mini fridge, updated bathroom, fireplace, private deck ... and the most genuinely friendly, welcoming hosts. Breakfasts were hearty and delicious and they are happy to accommodate any dietary restrictions. Being outside of Estes Park instead of right in the thick of downtown was ideal... very happy we chose a nice and quiet place to really relax and wind down. But really. Don't second guess a decision to stay here ...go book now!! You'll be so grateful you did.

My wife and I have stayed in some great B&B over the years, but none have been more welcoming than Kokopelli Inn in Estes Park, CO. Besides the comfortable bed in a huge room with bath, we enjoyed coming "home" each day to a different afternoon snack/treat as well as a restocked mini fridge with soft drinks. Breakfasts were delicious! We stayed four nights and each breakfast was made to perfection. Butch and June are such warm, welcoming people who truly enjoy sharing their home with others. We hope to stay there again on our next visit to Rocky Mountain National Park. - Gus Lukow

Butch and June made my husband and I feel as if we were guests in their home. In response to the e-mail they sent us a week before our stay, I informed them of my gluten allergy and my husband's dairy allergy. June responded with inquiries about what she could substitute and the result was 2 mornings of delectable, allergy-free breakfasts and 2 afternoons of mouth watering treats awaiting us in our room when we returned from our Colorado adventures. We stayed in the Whispering Pines suite which had a very comfy king sized bed and a portable A/C unit. We had an unusually humid day while we were there so the A/C was put to use. The hummingbird feeders hanging off the deck right outside our sliding glass doors were buzzing with activity during the daylight hours. A very lovely weekend all around.

This was our first time staying at a bed and breakfast, and after this experience we will be doing it again! Kokopelli Inn is now going to be the only place we will stay when we visit Estes Park. June and Butch are so kind and such wonderful hosts. The room was very modern and clean and we very much appreciated the afternoon treats left for us! The breakfast is delicious. All round 5 star experience!
