“New, clean, nicely decorated condo next to the river!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 29, 2009

My boyfriend and I stayed in a 1 BR condo at Bugle Pointe for a weekend getaway in Estes Park. We loved it!! We saw a herd of elk on both days we were there. There was about 6 in of snow when we went but the fireplace kept us warm! Everything was really clean and the service was great. We used the jacuzzi tub which was really relaxing. This place is about 5 min from downtown Estes Park and only a mile from Rocky Mountain National Park. We had a lot of fun staying here and enjoyed the river right behind the condo. We will be going back soon!!

Condos were very clean, and decorated very nicely. We chose a condo with a private hot tub, and it was really marvelous to get into hot tub, and enjoy the fall river, beautiful scenery, fresh air, and mountains. This place is great for romantic getaways, and also for family vacations. You should try this place which is very close to downtown and Rocky Mountain National Park.

It was a great trip. We explored the town of Estas Park and went shopping. We ate dinner at the Stanley hotel- expensive and small portions, but nice. The hot tub was great outside. I liked having our own hot tub. Overall it was great!

2/27 - 3/1/09 visit
Great semi-secluded location on Fall creek. Accomodations were comfortable and clean. TV w/DVD available in living rm and bdrm. Office Mgr was very friendly, courtesy, helpful and professional.
Although not a concern, we were not advised during reservations the unit was handicap accessible. We were also very dissappointed the wifi signal was too weak to have internet access (it was nessary for us to address biz concerns via email). And there was not enough hot water to fill the jetted tub. The stay was good. Could have been better w/hot water & wifi.

VP-of-Operations, Manager at Bugle Pointe, responded to this review, August 22, 2009
We appreciate the review. There is always enough hot water to fill our tubs, so it likely was a burned out element in the hot water heater. If the guest had contacted us regarding the problem, we would have fixed it immediately.

Also, we have 16 wifi routers across the property to ensure the signal is full strength for every condo. When the signal is weak, we have found it is the local cable company's system being overloaded (They have confirmed this for us). This does not happen very often. They are working on upgrading the town's system.

Our trip to Bugle Pointe was wonderful! Our place was very spacious and really clean! The staff members were extremely helpful too! We were able to enjoy some spectacular cross country skiing in the nearby national park and received great tips on where to go and what restaurants to check out from the people at the front desk! Very helpful! We will definitely be returning to Bugle Pointe, it was just the type of fun, quite, mountain get away we were hoping for!

This was a one bedroom condo complete with a full kitchen, jacuzzi tub, fireplace, and personal hot tub on the patio. It had all the charm of a rustic cabin but was modernized to accompany all of our needs. We felt very at home there and spent most of our time in Estes at the condo enjoying the ambience.

Our room wasn't ready when we first checked in so we had to burn some time but after we settled in, our vacation was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this to a friend and have actually already showed the pictures of the room to several people. We were very pleased with the room and all it's character. The prices seemed reasonable although I know they go up in the peak season as most hotels/condos do. We would definetely go back when the price is right.

The condo we stayed at was very nice. It was just right for a weekend getaway to the mountains. Not too fancy, and not shabby at all. The complimentary amenities provided by the office, including free movie rentals, were very much appreciated. The one thing that I would like to see in the future is better pictures on the website. When I booked the condo, I really didn't know what to expect. Other than that, however, everything was fantastic!
