“A real peach on the beach!”

Location is awesome, office staff friendly & helpful and the view of the beach can't be beat. The motel is pretty old, but well taken care of, the room was small, but clean and the bed was comfortable.

Based on the reviews here, I wasn't expecting all that much here. I wasn't surprised. Older hotel, very clean and comfortable, and of course, the ocean just outside the door. We were surprised to find no refrigerator. Breakfast was a selection of instant oatmeal (shades of my camping days). Hot water for tea, cocoa and coffee was available. Ladies at the desk were very helpful. Our biggest complaint was lack of privacy. You basically share the deck with 20 other rooms. The first night people were constantly running back and forth, making quite a bit of noise, and that day many people passed by looking in our window which made us uncomfortable. We can't imagine what it would have been like to stay on a weekend! But all in all, for the price, and for the view, it was just fine.

My family and I stayed here while driving up the coast to Seattle. Our only regret is that we didn't have the time to stay longer. The staff was friendly and helpful and the accomodations were terrific.
While not 5 star, it is a perfect family vacation place for those on a budget. It was comfortable and clean and had the most amazing beach front location. I highly recommend the Crescent Beach Motel! We'll be coming back to stay longer.

We stayed at this motel during our Oregon coast vacation and were not disappointed. The location is great, away from the congestion of Crescent City but still close by. The view was great from our room (28), and was only spoiled by the rain that showed up overnight. The facility is a little old but well-maintained, and the rooms are a little small. The price, however, was great and we would gladly stayhere again.

Stayed 1 night here - location was very cool, as you can open your door and hear the waves crashing on the beach just a few yards away.

The motel itself was not impressive, but worked fine for us. We paid $80 for the night, wouldn't have paid much more.

I am a person who is not picky, not a princess, but this hotel just was not a good experience. First of all, upon entering the motel room, a BAD SMELL (combination of perhaps mold and heavy use of cleaners or detergents?) presented itself. The room seemed like it was clean, but the odor was really unfortunate. The bathroom fan turned on each time the bathroom light went on, and the very loud noise of that fan really was hard to endure. We wer e also surprised to find that there was no refrigerator. Darn! The ladies at the front desk were kind and pleasant, and the location on the beach might have been good but the weather was awful.
