Like allot of places in Del Norte county, the food is trucked in from far away, so prices tend to be higher than say, average. This is not cheap Chinese, not over blown either but is done well and always consistent and tasty. Local or tourist, your not going to be disappointed.

Plates are full, choices many and service is good to very good.
Located next to SAFEWAY, it would look like a place to avoid, DON'T. Not a place in the county that compares.
Scrimp in walnut creme sauce to die for, beef and anything very good and with the weather in CC always time for soups, none are bad.

Go and enjoy. Ive had at least 30 dining adventures here, none bad

We've eaten a lot of Chinese food, including 3 weeks worth in China, and this is neither the best nor worst of what we've tried. Of the dishes we ordered (Hunan tofu, prawns in garlic sauce and shrimp moo shu), the most classic Chinese American dish, the moo shu, was the best. We asked for very spicy and got very mild with a big bottle of good hot sauce instead. I.e., you'll do best ordering Chinese American favorites like moo shu and chow mein here. But service was great -- genuinely friendly and attentive. We enjoyed our dinner.

Two combo plates loaded with delicious food and a bowl of soup as well as some Chinese tea cost $21.75. When you pay this much and get tasty Chinese meal then it deserves five stars.
Combo 5 is highly recommended which comes with chow mein noodles, Mongolian beef, battered and fried chicken pieces and bbq pork. The Mongolian beef was sensational and the beef was ever so tender almost melted in my mouth. Sweet and sour chicken is also very good, not too sweet or sour, just right.
The place was jam packed hence we were expecting huge delays but we were so wrong. Within minutes we had our plates in front of us which was very impressive. We wouldn't hesitate going back there again.

I admit my husband and I were spoiled by living in the San Franciso Bay area for decades and have had access to tons of great Chinese food. We were pleasantly surprised by the tasty and reasonably priced food at Wing Wah Restaurant. We like the lunch specials which have lots of choices, and ample portions. The service is friendly and these is lots of parking as the restaurant is next to the Safeway store in town.
