The fish dinners are good, the other selectgions OK. The meals are a little expensive for the area. The place has a nice homey atmosphere and friendly wait people.

Thank Rod R

The restaurant was clean and the service was good, I had the fish and chips, with a cup of clam chowder best item I ate was the coleslaw. Fish was watery, fries were heavily seasoned and the clam chowder was obviously left over from lunch all I could taste was garlic and flour. Try a burger though they are big.

Just across the street from the Curly Redwood Lodge so we walked over for dinner. We were running a bit late and did not realize we had arrived just shortly before they closed. It was not until we were about done with the meal that we realized we were the last group and they were cleaning up. They told us not to hurry as they still had work to do.
The food was good and reasonably priced on a simple dinner menu. Despite it being a seafood place one person had a steak which they said was good.

you must try their food. we ordered combo plate of fried seafood (shrimps, cod, calamari) late evening because the restaurant was in front of the curlywood motel we stayed in, and we went back in the morning. the place was busy both time, apparently other people like their food too.

Fast service, excellent seafood. Best beer-battered fish I've had outside of Wisconsin. Décor was a little kooky, but the food was worth it.
