Staff was very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. The was clean and the beds were comfortable. The negatives were that the bathroom was very small, there was no refrigerator and the HVAC was just adequate. For the price and location you probably can not do any better. Would stay there again.

The room was nice enough as well as the staff (counter, breakfast and shuttle). The problem was with the street noise. I had a room in the front corner of the hotel, off of a very busy road. I heard each car and depending on how loud the car was, I felt the vibration. I also heard/felt each car that hit a manhole cover in the road. Because of this I would not stay here again.

Stayed at this hotel arriving and the day departing from Sunport airport, as far as Hampton Inns are concerns this was the worst Hampton Inn I have been to, this is because this is a motel converted into a Hampton Inn and is not your typical Hampton Inn. The hotel does however, have your typical Hampton breakfast, efficient and friendly personnel staff and the Hampton bedding. The rooms are clean and comfortable thought bathroom smaller than usual and hotel is convenient to airport. If you are expecting your usual Hampton Inn you will be disappointed, the hotel is good and I would stay here again if I need a good hotel, well priced and close to airport.

On October 9, 2013, we spent a night in in Hampton Inn in Albuquerque, NM and we found the place to be real clean, very comfortable and quiet. The staff was very helpful and the internet worked just fine. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends and family and no doubt we will stay there on our next trip to Albuquerque.

Agree with other reviewers who've said this is a Hampton in name only. The facility is not what you expect with Hampton. The rooms are quite small, and the elevator and room entries are outside. That said, service is good, and it's quite close to the airport. Breakfast was available EARLY in the morning. I couldn't get my room to 70 degrees even with the AC on high. Instructions to turn on/operate to Direct TV would be very helpful. There are restaurants nearby, but the motel is on a very busy road.

Room Tip: Ask for an end room away from the stairs/elevator, so you don't have people & luggage going...

Our stay was very comfortable. The rooms were clean and smelled fresh. The beds were comfortable. The coffee was terrific and available throughout the day. Snacks were available to us in the lobby upon our arrival. All of the staff - including front desk, hotel maids, and breakfast staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I stayed overnight at this hotel. It was quiet, clean, good location. I was concerned about the outside entrance to the room but it turned out to be just fine.
Loved the whirlpool tub. Very therapeutic after a long flight. I would stay here again and at other Hampton Inn properties in the future.
