“Ok Stay”

Hotel is pretty reasonable. We arrived late in the evening so we decided to stay close to the airport. Clean room, standard amenities and decent breakfast buffet. Check-in and check out process was easy. Would stay here again.

My family has been staying at Sleep Inn about once a month whenever we want to have a getaway from the tiny town we currently live. We love the breakfast there and comfortable rooms. The building is a bit dated. Some rooms have microwave and fridge some rooms don't. Once in a while the sink or toilet clogged and we didn't mind because they had great staff there. Then a couple of months ago they hired a very rude girl who were angry at us for requesting microwave and fridge in our room. If we could avoid her in our future trips, we wouldn't mind to visit this hotel again because we do like it. But after our second encounter with her, we decided to switch to Clarion for now. She is better now but we prefer staff who are more personable and friendly than who are cold and unthoughtful.

Room Tip: Ask for microwave and fridge if you need them when you arrive. Most staff members are friendly and w...

I've stayed here three times and it's definitely survivable. However, I've also stayed at 6-7 hotels near the airport and I would rank this one last in overall room quality. The rooms are small, budget-style, and have only a small, old-style cathode ray tube TV. On the plus side, we had a microwave, fridge, free internet, and the breakfast was good enough. If you're just looking to save money, and want the cheapest hotel in the area, this might be the choice for you.

What kind of ruined our stay is that they overcharged us for parking and, weeks later, cannot manage to get our money back. I've tried calling, calling again, emailing, without much success. First they refunded half the charge (which made no sense). Then they tried to refund the rest, but accidentally made a charge instead of a refund! So we were back to where we started. Then they tried to refund it again, but again only refunded half. Oh my. The staff seem pretty nice, but not so good at math or computers or something.

Stayed here one night to catch a plane. OK place, very inexpensive (for the room). The shower was a bit in need of repair but worked OK.

Worst part was having my empty SUV rental vandalized, two windows smashed out that evening. Staff was accomodating and nice and the breakfast was OK, not as good as some but more than adequate.

Wonder what it will really end up costing?

Room Tip: Ground floor. Park your car in front of the front door.

I had a chance to stay here a couple of nights while visiting the area. Nice room, convenient, friendly staff, good rates, good breakfast included with room. I feel that this was a good value & was very pleased, overall.

Room Tip: We had a very comfortable king size bed. That made the room " feel " a little smaller, but...

We have stayed at the Sleep Inn, Albuquerque, New Mexico, numerous times because of the great customer service we have received from Margie Andersen and her assistant Mirella.

The rooms are nice and they are in the process of renovating the hotel at this time so we look forward to staying again in the near future.

They serve a continental breakfast which is excellent.

Thank you for making our stay with you so pleasant
