We chose this place because of earlier reviews on Trip Advisor. It was clean and efficient, and just a block walk from Old Town Albuquerque, and not much else, and in most respects it was just a typical motel room with bed, dresser,TV, sink, and shower. The bed was comfortable, but the walls barely subdued the loud family next to us. We appreciated the free WiFi. The pool looked like too many children had washed in it. All in all, we got what we paid for.

This was a clean, affordable hotel with very good service and a yummy full breakfast. Highly recommended. Stayed there on a trip through to Nevada. On the way back home, thought I had made reservations here, but accidently mixed it up with Econo Lodge DOWN Town, also on Central Ave. They are not comparable at all. Be careful not to make the same mistake I did....

Rooms are clean, service is great, people are friendly. Excellent hospitality. Walking distance to old town. They also rent bicycles. Lots of channels on TV, nice pool. Overall I am impressed and would highly recommend this place. Especially for fellow truckers. They have 2 shuttle cars + a van to take you anywhere you want to go within a 5 mile radius.

Location, location, location. If you want to stay close to Old Town and want a Very Good Budget motel, this is the place. Walking distance about 2 1/2 blocks to Old Town. Stayed in a King Suite, very comfy bed, large room, great air conditioner. Elena, the Owner/General Manager, was very personable and very helpful. Recommended a New Mexico Restaurant that was absolutely wonderful, decent price, large portions, within walking distance (Church Street Cafe). Would stay at this motel again if in Albuquerque, absolutely!

Room Tip: Stay upstairs in the back, for a quiet room.

Stayed just one night but it was perfect! Clean, spacious room, good continental breakfast with hot and cold items and fresh fruit, super friendly helpful staff, free parking and definitely within walking distance to Old Town (with a free map!) Also good was a very good Mexican restaurant (Filiberto's) just down the road that was open for take-out 24 Hrs a day, since we got in very late, even the next door MacDonalds was closed. All rooms are outside (motel style) Nice picnic table outside used mostly by smokers but make a great late night dinner table for us.

Room Tip: We had a room on the first floor, and it was fine (1 king) Sink in the room (which I'm not fond of) Parking just outside room but heard no sounds from that or other rooms above or next to us.
