“Amazing for the price”
Reviewed December 20, 2012

Very friendly staff. The room is basic, but clean. The bed was very comfortable. Nice breakfast. Good location--easy walking distance from Old Town. Very easy access from the freeway. What more can you ask for at this price?

Very friendly staff, great location very close to the old town section of town. Great breakfast with real eggs! There is an ATM machine right next door that came in very handy for me. Also the hotel is right on route 66 and on a bus route. The owner/managers (husband and wife) are from Romania and are working very hard to make this a nice place.I

The room was clean. The bed was super comfortable (that is my number one reason for hating to stay in hotels!), and the continental breakfast far surpassed what you'd expect from such a reasonalably priced hotel. We checked in after midnight and had hardly any wait. The attendant was nice and friendly and we truly felt welcomed even at the late hour. Wish I were heading there again! I was also traveling with a senior citizen and they made sure the room was on the ground level. Excellent service!!!

What a pleasant suprise this trip has been. Super clean nice pool close to everything.. They have a free hot breakfast in the morning and $10 shuttle. It is family owned and operated . The breakfast was wonderful and the owners are attentive. It is real close to the old town area and they even rent bicycles.

If you're looking to visit Old Town, this hotel is located about 2 blocks from it; it's essentially across the street from the Botanical Garden. It's an Econolodge, so the price is very reasonable. They have a free hot breakfast in the morning and $10 shuttle. It is family owned and operated (apparently they just bought it) and they really go out of their way to make your stay a good one.

I will stay here again next time I'm in Albuquerque.

It was our first time in Albuquerque and we had a bit of hard time locating the place (it was late night) . The hotel staff helped us a lot when I called and check in was smooth.

The rooms are standard, everything is super clean and we had no complaints.. It is real close to the old town area; just couple of blocks away..

The only thing to note is that the place goes dead in the late evenings. Most of the Restaurants, bars/Pubs etc are in the main town which is a few minutes of driving 9/or a good 20 minutes of walk..

Room Tip: Don;t miss the downtown festivities on weekends.. they shut down the main street so that people can...

Decided to stay at this hotel based on reviews and being a member of the rewards program. What a pleasant stay. Having the refrigerator and microwave allowed me to not struggle to find some place to eat after a long day. The breakfast was wonderful and the owners are attentive. It was fairly close to our business and that was a plus. The only downside was the lack of quality restaurants nearby but since this was a business trip, this was not a problem. If you want the "touristy" things, Old Town is close.

Highly recommended!

Room Tip: All the rooms are good but there is no elevator so if you can't handle stairs, choose the first...
