Rooms were very nicely appointed and clean. Contemporary bar atmosphere. They have a shuttle van that will run you to Old Town and a few other locations, which is very convenient. $12 per night to park. Breakfast buffet pretty standard Doubletree fare. Approximately ten minutes to the airport.

We booked this hotel for a 2 night stay whilst driving route 66, It was important we stayed in a hotel with good facilities and this didn't disappoint. There was ample car parking available and cost us $8 a night (weekend rate)

We were given a lovely warm double tree cookie on check-in then offered a room on the 10th floor.

Our room was spacious with a 2 soft queen beds, TV, Complimentary wifi. The bathroom was compact but clean and functional with lovely soft towels.

We used the pool during our stay and although there was a lack of sunbeds (its a small pool) it was still a great feature of this downtown hotel.

The air conditioner in the wall was like trying to sleep with a large truck in the same room, and running. It was either off and hot, or on and noisy. I endeed up staying elsewhere as they could not repair it at Doubletree

The hotel and my stay was very good. I have been in Albuquerque several times but never in downtown and it is not the best area to stay but if you need to stay in downtown then it is a very good option

We went for the graduation of my son from University of New Mexico. Booking online for this hotel was excellent and easy. When we arrived, the initial reception was good but it then started going downhill from there. Each night we returned to the hotel, we had a problem with parking because the hotel has a very small parking space relative to the number of guess it was built to accommodate. Although you are charged for parking, whenever you do not return early and parking gets full, hard luck, you are on your own. Customer service and response to problems was very poor. They happen to charge me double for my son's room and when I got home and realized the problem, I thought resolution was going to be easy. Not only were some of the people I spoke to on phone very unfriendly but it also took forever to fix the problem. You would expect that if the hotel is able to take money from your account within 6 hours after the request is made, they should be able to refund a double charge within 24 hours

Check in was efficient. The lobby, bar and public areas have a modern urban feel. The staff was great! I was worried about parking because it was downtown, but there were no challenges at all for guests staying there.

Very nice hotel, a great breakfast, awesome staff, great location for us, very accommodating when we checked in so late and tired from being on the road. The room was very clean and comfortable. I just wish we could have stayed longer.
