Good overall experience. Tried calling for room service several times and received busy signal for almost an hour. Nice and clean but shower head needed to be replaced. Disappointed with not a lot of food choices in downtown area.

I have stayed at this hotel about 6 times over the last year and the staff has always been exceptional. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The on site restaurant has good food at an affordable price.

This hotel is very nice and clean. The staff are very professional and offered a shuttle to go as far as 3 miles around downtown. I would say that the staff were the best! The hotel had problems with cooling/heating in the room so sleep was affected at night. The lobby area was also very chilly. We didn't complain about the room so I don't know if this is an issue in all rooms or just mine. Great cookies as usual! Warm and chewy!!!

I stayed at this hotel for the first time for just an overnight business trip. You can tell that this is an older hotel that they have since remodeled. However, the first room I checked into was not clean and so they kindly moved me to another room which was better. It is hard to find a good hotel anymore that is clean and that provides great service. I probably would not stay at this location again.

This is a nice place to stay when traveling to the Albuquerque area. It is clean and the employees are friendly. The only disadvantage is the fee for parking. I would recommend this hotel and I will stay there again.

I had high expectations for the Double Tree in Albuquerque, NM. It turned out to be "just another hotel". The staff was great but the accomodations were so-so. The staff was very friendly and called me by name. They were professional and went out of the way to make me feel comfortable. The staff was the best part of my stay and they should be commended for their service. I went to a wedding but was distracted by the noise coming from an adjacent area of the ballroom. While glancing toward the area, I noticed chunks of crepe paper from another celebration stuck to the wall. I think the couple that had their wedding at the site, deserved more. I reserved a room with queen size beds but was told upon checkin the they only had full-sized (not a big deal, but still an irregularity). The room appeared clean on first view, but I was surprised that the room was dusty and there was some mold on the grout. It wasn't until checking out when I was looking for an item I had lost, that I discovered random garbage under the bed (fruit snacks, lids, condom wrappers, etc.) Housekeeping needs a lot of work. It's not a place I'd recommend but it'll do.
