I go to Albuquerque 4-5 times per year. I have stayed at the Nativo Lodge which is a nice hotel for the price. I decided to try the Best Western Executive Suites for a change and was happy I did. The location is great, right off I25 and the price was very reasonable.

We stayed at Best Western in Albuquerque, New Mexico. It was a plus hotel with separate bedroom. It was fabulous from the staff to the room to the location. I would return to this hotel without a second thought.

Comfy bed and clean. Kids like this place as it's a suite. The queen housekeeper wasn't friendly as she wanted us out immediately. Sorry, we have children an it takes us just a bit longer. Didn't mean to waste her 10 minutes passed check out!

This is a newer hotel and was very nice & clean. Rooms are large with a separate sitting area with TV & pullout couch. Nice place to hang out. There is a separate pool area, the gym is tiny: 1 treadmill, 1 elliptical :( had to wait to get on a machine.
Breakfast was good, large eating area, nice staff.

This can be tricky to find off hwy 25 but there is a very small entry road right by the Chevron that you enter to get in. GPS systems don't all have this address in it because it is listed as Pan Am freeway, but it is a side road. A couple turns off the exit. Once you know, you are fine finding it. The location is really good, right off the highway near everything.Nice entry to lobby and welcomed by staff. Very clean inside and outside. Thanksgiving weekend the place was jumpin. Kids running and loud, kind of expected that with the long weekend. We had the king suite. Was roomy, nice to have a doorway from the living room area to the bedroom.Desk chair was oversized and blocked the bedroom entry, had to keep that chair moved when we needed to move around. The closet mirrored doors were broken, after 2 reports , the second time the repair man finally removed one door to at least make it open for us. The Jacuzzi was filled with kids with masks and snorkels and rafts. NO adults could even think of entering that hot tub, nor should the kids be allowed in there. Did report that, front desk girl asked if an adult was there, said she would go over there . Doesn't matter if an adult was there, kids should not be allowed in a Jacuzzi to play marco polo. The back security door which was more convenient to enter, was not a security door there were times you could just pull it open. When we used our key swipe cards we then were unable to enter our room with the swipe, it was deactivated, so every day we had to get new key cards. Lady said they are working on it. Either leave it open during the day and lock it at 11pm with a sign showing that or find a better door so it can close properly or people don't try to yank it all the time. The room was nice and did accommodate us on the top floor as asked and further down to the end, but it is next to a highway and you will hear it, so ask for a room away from that highway if possible, there aren't many of those. Breakfast was the usual, however they did make eggs and sausage and had the usual bagels, breads, cereals, waffles. Coffee and tea all day and night and cookies at the desk. Felt very sorry for the breakfast staffer, she had her hands full with kids and families and food floor clean ups and messes and endless garbage cans filled to the brim. She worked very hard to keep food stacked and cook the eggs and sausage and tried as best she could to keep things clean. It was very nice that the meeting room was also open to sit in for breakfast since it was pretty busy. Would give this one another try when in that area and probably at that point give it a higher rating.

Room Tip: Ask for the top floor and if possible away from the highway
