“Good stay”
Reviewed May 7, 2013

This is a nice place to stay, but it is a little bit difficult to get into. The highway traffic, and the crossing street combined with the fact that it is not on the access road, but kind of a drive next to it, make it somewhere you should be watchful of. The room was good, and the staff is very helpful. Breakfast is good, but the room gets a little crowded.

Thank You for staying with us on your recent visit to ABQ. The hotel access is a bit unique, but we like to think we make up for it with the excellent service and amenities that we provide.
We hope to see you again soon...

We stayed at this Best western for one night to attend a concert at the Isleta Amphitheater.
The suite was very nice with a separate living room area and a bedroom with two queen beds. It was nice and roomy. My son uses a power wheelchair and was able to navigate quite well. Rooms have a small fridge and microwave, tv's in both the living area and bedroom. Free wifi was a plus. Although we did not use the pool and hot tub, it looked like a beautiful place to hang out and I was impressed with the pool lifts they had for both pool and hot tub.
The breakfast included made to order eggs and sausage along with the other things most hotel continental breakfasts offer.
Staff were very friendly.
A very nice place to stay and the price was definitely right.

We are very pleased that you enjoyed your visit with us so much. Our 2 room Suites are certainly a nice advantage that we offer over other Hotels and of course since they're larger it makes it a little easier for wheelchair mobility.

Please come see us again on your next visit.. :)

Had a wonderful stay. Getting off the freeway after dark was easy, oncoming traffic made it hazardous to make the immediate left turn (not well lit -- can you get the median curbs painted in ORANGE Safety Glow for better visibility?) into the side access road, though. So we went down to the next traffic light and turned around. Access to the room from the parking lot was excellent, making it easy for my limited mobility wife to easily get from car to room. Everything was enjoyable. Thank you for a "GREAT Stay" .

We all agree that the access can be a little awkward at times, but once you arrive it seems very easy. I'm real happy we did eveything we could to ensure you had a nice stay.

We have been coming to this Hotel since about 2010 and they have really made a lot of improvements in the pool area and the rooms. And we also noticed they just recarpeted all of the rooms since last month. This is a great Hotel and my kids really love the Pool Area!

Room Tip: Lobby is a little noisy so we like the upper floors...

Extremely nice place; very large suite at reasonable price. Beds were comfortable, room was quiet. Sufficient breakfast options. Coffee could be a bit better, but minor minor issue. Tip ~ Nexus Brewing is across the parking lot, great beer and delicious southern food.

This was just a great trip all the way around. The weather in Albuquerque dipped down to the 50's so we spent a lot of time in the pool area, as did several others... Heated pool and Jacuzzi! Several of us took the Roadrunner train to Santa Fe and we highly recommend that to everyone.
