On our way to Las vegas we stopped in Albuquerque and stayed at the Sheraton. The accomodations were very nice and the people were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient to many restaurants. The room rate was reasonable and we would definately stay there again.

I host events from time to time in ABQ and the Sheraton Uptown is my "go-to" hotel. We occasionally have over 100 guests come to our city and I have had dinners for up to 400 guests. The food was superb which one can expect but the subtle nuances of such visits are the key factors that keep me coming back. Meeting rooms were set up according to plan - no deviations. Problem areas were addressed by professional staff immediately - not just problems but accompanied by potential solutions.
Accross from the mall, the location is perfect - especially when the group includes young people and the newly remodeled lobby and rooms are tastefully done and very comfortable. I can't think of a reason to go elsewhere.

I have been travelling to Albuquerque on business for decades, have stayed at most all of the city's hotels, and the Sheraton Uptown is clearly my favorite and hotel of choice. While they've recently undergone a renovation, it's the staff and the way they treat me that really sets the Sheraton Uptown apart. It seems like the entire staff wants to make sure I feel like family, always greeting me by name and ready to go whatever extra mile is needed. And if there are ever any problems with my stay (if you stay at any hotel enough eventually something doesn't work right), the staff "bends over backwards" to make sure everything is right for me. They have an 8th floor Club Lounge that is great, with the Club Lounge attendant, Adele, a truly one-of-a-kind individual who makes my every stay a pleasure. I recommend the Sheraton Uptown to everyone.

We had friends and family from four states and local stay with us here, the night before, the night of and the night after our wedding. The hotel was comfortable, clean and a great value. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool and for those of our guests who needed to they could bring their pets with them. The hotel is not far from the freeway and located near lots of great restaurants and shopping.

Our wedding planner Sarah S. did a fabulous job assisting us with our wedding/reception. She was respectful of our budget but made every effort to ensure that our wedding/reception from beginning to end was exceptional!

Sheraton is a great hotel. Easy acces on/off highway, the hotel had big meetings every day, but I didn't hear a thing. The rooms are very large and the amenities are very nice in the bathrooms. The food at the hotel is very nice, and the business center is great.

Stayed here for one night on our way through Albuquerque, NM. Public areas need renovating, as carpet in entry to hotel, hallways, and elevators need replacing. The room, itself, was in good shape, and nicely appointed. Large room had 2 queen beds, which were very comfortable. Tried to get water from vending machine on our floor, but machine wouldn't accept dollar bills. Called front desk to see if there was another option, but was told that each floor had vending machines and to try another. Not exactly what I wanted to hear after being on the road all day (later in the trip, we stayed at a HolidayInn Express where I asked where I could buy 2 bottles of water, and was handed them with a smile. Nice touch.) Tried 5 other machines (on 5 other floors) before finding one that worked. In the morning, went downstairs to get some coffee, but the coffee bar wasn't open due to 'the house not being full enough.' Was told I could go into the restaurant for coffee, but wasn't looking to sit down for breakfast. Grabbed Starbucks on the way back to I-40. Used Starwood points, so can't complain about the rate! Based on the room, I would recommend it to a friend, but did find the public areas lacking.

This was one of ten hotels we stayed at while traveling cross country. It was the worst of the ten. It's pet friendly (great!), but the surrounding lawns had land mines of pet poop. There were no interior stairs readily available to guests and the ones we used (emergency stairs) hadn't seen care in quite some time. The staff was nice but inexperienced. The restaurant opened ten minutes late. Service was slow and inattentive. The room was OK, but the price was consistent with another chain on our trip and it simply didn't compare. We wouldn't choose to stay here again.
