The rooms were great, extremely comfortable beds, the bathroom was huge and loved the flat screen tv. They have a free business center on the main floor that you can print out directions and anything you need to get around the city. The area has great shops nearby but it on the edge of a scary neighborhood at night. But this hotel is great value and feels luxurious.

We were very pleased with this hotel, its accommodations and location. My granddaughters especially enjoyed the swimming pool and spent many hours in it during our two day stay. My only complaint was food service on Friday evening. The restaurant was closed and I just wanted something light while waiting for my son and granddaughters to join me. Service in the lounge was very slow as there was only one person serving food and tending bar.

I really like the setting - Also stayed here some years ago and the level of service and quality has never changed - still an elegant hotel - which certainly fulfill my requirements for a relaxed stay. To top it off some real nice staff - always avaiblable and service-minded. Their assistance and helpfulness has always been a pleasure to enjoy.

First time at this hotel, travelled with spouse although it was a business trip. Hotel was great. Quiet, comfortable, reasonably recently redone. Used the gym - it was fine. Climate control in room was fine. Good in room amenities. No minibar, but there is a small cafe downstairs with the usual cafe fare. Also there are soda machines on every floor which is quite nice, they have bottled water. Parking was free. Hotel is not so far from some great malls and restaurants (short drive). Business center in lobby has printers for guest use. Wifi was not free, but I had trouble with it so they did not charge me and then I was able to use the ethernet in the room without a problem and without a charge. Pool is small.

We found this hotel much better than an average Sheraton Hotel. Our room on a Starwood Preferred Guest Floor was large and well furnished with a flat screen TV. The kingsize bed was absolutely comfortable. Check in service was fast and efficient. Hotel is very close to shopping centers. An excellent choice for a weekend stay in town.

Reception, room and service were excellent. The support we received in retrieving items we didn't know we had accidentally left in the room until the week after our stay; was outstanding. Members of the staff went out of their way to make our stay a "positive' memory. I'll stay there again when in Albuquerque.
