We hosted a professional event at the Nativo Lodge and the crew was very helpful, professional, responsive and quick. The food was great, service was on point and our clients were comfortable and well-fed.

Thank you Christina, Cher and all, it was a pleasure working with such a great crew.

I recently returned from visiting this hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating! I particularly wanted to comment on the restaurant inside the hotel, the Spirit Winds Cafe and the chef Ron. I had the opportunity to eat several breakfasts off the menu, all were amazing! I also had dinner a couple times, again amazing! One of the nights, chef Ron came out to where we were and while talking about the menu, described a dish that he wanted to cook for me ( that wasn't on the menu) Everybody around decided to try it! It was off the charts!! A hit with everybody! Way to go chef RON!

I've stayed here twice in the past 8 days, and found the service excellent. It is part of the Heritage Hotels and Resorts group of New Mexico, preserving and celebratinv the art and culture of each of their locales.
I would like to especially thank Travis, Martin, Jessica, and Zelda for all going above and beyond in their service.

After having to abandon the Western Star due to cockroaches, we were very pleased with the atmosphere and cleanliness of the Nativo Lodge. Everyone was extremely helpful and kind. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We are traveling from AZ to NJ so we have been staying at a number of hotels and this was one of our favorites so far. We got in late but the staff was still super friendly. We didn't know what to expect since we had never stayed here or heard of this place but turned out to be great. The location was perfect with a Starbucks right next door which was great in the morning. Our room was much larger than we expected and had the most incredibly comfortable bed. It was soft with many pillows and an amazing comforter. The shower was our only problem it seemed to need some maintence but still worked. I definitely would stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anybody passing through Albuquerque.

I was really looking forward to our stay at this place - we had an excellent deal from Jetsetter and I was told that TripAdvisor particularly recommended it. It was not a good experience. First we were given the keys to the wrong room which is an honest mistake but set the tone for the whole experience. The hallways were dirty - there were actually piles of trash sitting in the hallway on the fourth floor for the duration of our visit.
We were told that we could have a free bottle of wine but what was strange was that while the hotel seemed to be trying to offer extras like this, it lacked basic amenities - for example: THERE WAS NO TRASH CAN IN THE ENTIRE ROOM. Not in the bathroom, not in the main room. We were reduced to packing out our own trash much like hikers....I suppose we could have left it in the trash heap in the hallway.... There was also no "do not disturb" sign and no pens or notepads in the room. Frankly, I would have preferred these simply provisions to the offer of a bottle of wine.
Finally, we were given vouchers for breakfast in the morning - we arrived at 8 am (perfectly reasonable time for breakfast) and there was no one in sight. The dining area was empty - I even went into the actual kitchen - it was empty.
I can honestly say that I have never been more disappointed in a place than this one. It made me reconsider ever booking with Jetsetter/Sniqueaway again and really calls into question Trip Advisor's special recommendations.

How this place is rated a 3 star on Priceline is TRULY amazing! Looks like the owners don't invest a nickel in this property. Rundown, dirty, totally understaffed. Avoid at all costs. Server staff in restaurant LEAVES your table to deliver room service. We travel quite a bit. One of the worse hotels we've stayed in.

Room Tip: don't choose ANY rooms
