Tonight I ate at Hotel Albuquerque, Garduno's. I was going to go for the 4 item combo with chile relleno, enchiladas and posole. Instead I wanted the grilled salmon and mango salsa. Now if you are allergic to mangos, just ask to put it on the side, but you won't want too.
That was the BEST salmon I have had in Albuquerque in over a year. It was tender, juicy, every bite melted in your mouth, aaahhhhhh. It was the best, Thank you Serigo, my compliments to the chef, Kevin my bartender, best margarita ever. To the manager and supervisor Nichole and Monica, thank you so much for having such a wonderful staff and taking care of me. Truly my new place to come not only for Mexican food but for sea food also.
