Stayed for a weekend at the Andaluz, and while the end of January is not a busy time of year for travel the staff treated me and all members of our group perfectly. The room was immense, with a. King bed and sitting area, and very large bathroom suite. My view wasn't lovely, but I appreciated having two sets of windows to allow natural light in. Everything worked well in the room, and a request for an rio and ironing board was met within minutes.

The lobby is stunning, and there are plentiful amenities including a library, free (and powerful) wifi, and access to the neighboring health club.

The bar at night was hopping, and offered good drinks and a decent space to hang out. In warmer months a roof terrace looks inviting.

Thank you so much for your response. We are so very glad your stay went so well and that your room was accommodating. As a green hotel we love the natural lighting in our rooms. Our hope is that you will return to enjoy the patio at Ibiza this summer. It does boast of a beautiful fire element in the middle of the water fountain. Ibiza has some of the best Jalapeño Margarita’s. We hope you will return and try it out.

We have stayed here 3 or 4 times now and are never disappointed. The rooms are very comfortable, the bathrooms accommodating. The staff, however, are what make this a great place to stay. From the valet to the room service people, you will never be disappointed. The outdoor bar on the 2nd floor has to be a highlight, however, with its views of the Sandias, outdoor wall of fire, and lovely shaded places in the summer. The tapas in the restaurant are almost as good as the ones we had in Spain. I would definitely recommend this for adults.

Room Tip: King corner rooms...great!

Thank you so much for your response. We are happy to be a home away from home for your family. As a hotel family we enjoy times when we get to know our guests and give great service. We love the Ibiza patio and the views from there as well. We hope to have you back to enjoy our beautiful sunsets on the patio.

I was surprised and delighted to come across this charming boutique hotel in downtown Albuquerque! I'm glad I stayed here! The hotel room had a unique quality and was very clean! Also, the hotel seemed very "green," which I appreciated! Overall, the decor is great, especially the casbahs in the lobby, and the hotel staff were super friendly (and appeared knowledgeable) when I asked for recommendations for restaurants!

We chose to stay at Hotel Andaluz because we heard it is hands-down the greatest in Albuquerque, and it most definitely is! From a prompt, friendly valet and a seamless and very welcoming check in, we walked through the grand lobby where live music was playing and up to our room. The room was stunningly beautiful with the most comfortable luxe bedding, beautiful design and bathrooms fit for royalty.

We also experienced both the downstairs bar and upstairs at Ibiza, where we enjoyed AMAZING, creative cocktails and appetizers. Every single staff member who helped us completely catered to our needs and went above and beyond in attentiveness and kindness.

I am happy that it is not a wonder anymore, we will only be staying at Hotel Andaluz when we visit Albuquerque.

Thank you so much for your stellar review. We love having people come to have a great time. Ibiza is a great environment to enjoy cocktails and wine with friends, and the menu in MÀS is fun to order tapas to share family style. Our staff loves serving with the spirit of hospitality. We are so glad that you enjoyed your time here and look forward to another visit with you.

My daughter and I stayed the weekend on a staycation. We had a wonderful time, our room was gorgeous, a corner room that looked out toward the Sandias, the view was great! We were able to take advantage of the new restaurant Mas and have drinks in the lobby casbahs. My daughter was able to study in the library next to the fire, where she was served her favorite study drink, hot tea. We cannot wait to go back! Thank you to all the lovely staff who made our stay that much better.

We are honored you would visit us on your stay-cation. It is always a compliment when a family comes to visit us locally. We are glad your daughter was able to study in our library. Many great minds have studied in that library and we are happy that she is one of them. We look forward to your next stay-cation and hope that you will enjoy the patio in Ibiza for the warmer months.

Nice boutique city hotel. Stayed there for one night but hat to circle the block four times in order to finally squeeze into the green loading zone. If the valet hand not walked up right then, I would have moved on to a hotel down the street with more parking. After that everything went well.
The bell/valet seemed understaffed but made up for it in effort and friendly attitude. I liked the reception set up, very cozy and Celeste checked me in efficiently and with a smile. I agree with the other reviews, the hotel is good but the staff makes it better. The new restaurant feels a little trendy, but that is probably the point. It's a hip city hotel after all. The live music on a Thursday night was a nice touch. Give it a try!

Room Tip: Ask for a room on a higher floor, less hotel noise.

We stayed here late December. The staff were absolutely wonderful and obviously love where they work and the Hotel history. Our room was very nice and the renovations that have been done give it a upscale but traditional feel. If you love this type of Hotel and like Valet service and a room that yes you can have Coffee in your room but it has to be brought to you, then this is a great place for you. The restaurant (we ate breakfast only) is also high end with a modern classic feel.

Thank you so much for your review. The history of the hotel is so great that it is hard to not fall in love with it. This is the 75th Anniversary of the hotel and we are doing something special each month to celebrate each decade. March we are celebrating the 40’s Big Band. As you mentioned the staff here love to serve the guests traveling from near or far to our hotel. We are glad you enjoyed your stay and look forward to your return visit.
