Spent a night here enroute to the Grand Canyon and will never come back! The TV was not working and the shower head was leaking so badly that it made to toilet wet.
The breakfast area was so under staffed that there was a line waiting to come in and for orders to be taken.
The food finally came after 30mins even though there were still empty tables.
Overall, about the worst BW that I have been to.
