I can only say "beware" when considering this location.
The positive is that it is positioned in an excellent part of the city; close to the freeway (US I-40) and very close to historic old town. You will have room for only three adult people at the most. What you see in the pictures are what you get, nothing more.
The negative, for summertime visitors, is that if you are not used to or have experienced the southwest's version of air-condiitioning, this location may not be for you. This version consists of a cooler where water is dripped onto pads inside the unit and then the air is pushed out into the house; there is NO thermostat, no way to control fan airflow (it's either on or off). You may be exposed to harmful allergens (such as I experienced) without knowing about them. I have no idea about heating at this location for wintertime visitors.
Upon arrival late at night, we found the unit very warm and there were not enough beds. There is a king size bed in the bedroom and a love seat in the living room. The love seat does not fold out into a bed; even my 10 year old couldn't stretch out on it.
We did receive part of our money back.
