When you walk in you are greeted by the owner with warm cookie. This place is funky and smells wonderful. Nice bakery smell. I ordered a Vegetable Pizza. The rest of the group ordered a variety of Sandwich's.
With all the orders came a warm cookie. We were all silent in eating
Our food was that good. You go there for a light lunch and enjoy every morsel you eat. A fun and wonderful experience.

“Awesome patisserie, bakery, breakfast - lunch - pizza.”

Guy Fieri was here apparently, didn't know that going in. Got empanadas (peach & sweet potato) for breakfast, then a ham/cheese baget for lunch (asked them to butter the bread & it was very close to a jambon/frumage in France). They bake their own breads, etc... outstanding! We will go there again! Saw it was crowded during dinner on a Sunday, so pizzas must be good.

Fun & unique place to eat. Traveling thru and found it on this app. Greeted with cookies for our group. Loved the veggie pizza, very fresh veggies on whole wheat crust. Had an iced vanilla chai to go and it was so good!

“Golden Crown Bakery”

Hidden gem in a residential area. Great pizzas and bakery items, field green salads...great deserts known for the state cookie the Biscochitos and fruit empanadas. Outside dining area and little inside dining area. Hole in the wall type place. Go There! Smoothies too.

“Absolutely perfect”

So happy for my trip advisor app! Got off the train today, hungry, and thought an empanada or pizza would be nice! What a beautiful place, in so many ways! Felt like the food was made with such care. In our town, empanadas are made with Grease and meat. Such a nice surprise to find them fruit filled here. Real fruit. (We are pretty Discriminating with any bread products). The staff were so knowledgeable. My family was so impressed that I had found this on our first day in Albuquerque. Will try the green chile bread when we return!
