The hotel was very nice and the rooms were as well. But, housekeeping never had everything completed....tissues missing, toilet paper...etc...something every night for five days...when we checked in the safe did not work so they had to install a new one ...then send housekeeping to clean up the mess...the door in bathroom could not be opened from the inside...the panel in bathroom fell down and was on the floor most of the five days...we played at the casino for five nights and they of course comped our rooms...as any casino would but would not pay for oatmeal and toast one morning...guess they really want us to come back again..there are lots of other casinos in the area with similar amenities.

Room Tip: Call ahead and speak to a host and tell them what you are looking for...

We attended a Beach Boys concert July 6th at the outdoor amphitheater at the Sandia Resort. Parking wasn't as bad as at some venues and traffic let out pretty fast at the conclusion of the concert. Employees were slow to let people in and consequently they created a big, long line to enter that was unnecessary and avoidable. They only had one souvenir table set up inside and the line for that was ridiculous.......not sure whose fault that was, but another couple tables would have made purchasing a souvenir shirt, etc more efficient and less tiring (not waiting in a slow line). As to the acoustics, stage, seats and the like, this facility did an outstanding job presenting this concert......it was very, very enjoyable and memorable.

Well managed spa. i was pleasantly surprised as I didn't expect this resort to be as good as it was. Great golf course, top spa, excellent dinning experience - check out the ninth floor lounge, incredible view, great food, top wines and service. The resort exceeded my expectations, fresh appearance, great Customer service and outstanding value. i will make this an annual getaway.
