“Great food and service, in a quiet setting!”
Reviewed June 20, 2014

Loved the food - 3 tapas, Salmon and paella entrees, a dessert to share; the paella was among the best we've had. Attentive but not obtrusive service; the tables are well-spaced and on a Wednesday night the music was pleasant, background CDs. There aren't many places for fine dining in Albuquerque, and even fewer with the ambience we like. Most are noisy, bustling. We will be back!

“Mas”
Reviewed June 12, 2014

Excellent, if pricey, food. We made a meal of about 5 or 6 tapas along with drinks for $100. Some were really unique - the flat iron steak with caramel sauce is really yummy! We were glad we ate in the hotel, it was really special.

“Great new location for tapas”
Reviewed June 7, 2014

Stopped in on impulse with my wife and a friend. One of the casbahs was available, so we grabbed it for cocktails and tapas. The cocktails were prepared exactly as described. We ordered half a dozen tapas, and they were more than enough. The big winner was the smoked salmon nachos, but the tapas were all delicious and of generous proportions. The most exotic was the bruschetta de la boca, served with truffle oil and an egg on top. Also notable were the grilled asparagus wrapped in salmon and the fried shrimp in a tempura-esque batter. We then shared bites of two desserts: chocolate al vapor and cream catalan. The chocolate was perfect; the caramelized topping of the cream catalan had been under the torch perhaps one second too long, running the ragged edge of a charcoal note. Great place to celebrate with friends.

“Uneven”
Reviewed June 6, 2014

We had both dinner and breakfast. Dinner was very good, as was the service. Our breakfast experience was destroyed by an inept, inattentive and unapologetic server. The food was good, but cold.

“Tapas for dinner”
Reviewed May 29, 2014

Great service. Second time I ate there and I haven't made it past the tapas. I really like the salmon nachos and the one with the three dips(hummus, beet, and spinach).
