A fantastic "old school" diner that serves Shakes to die for and generous 'burger plates!! Our waitress "Summer" took care of us like we were "regulars!"
They have daily "blue plate" specials, plus slices of fresh made pies, cakes, and cobblers!
Almost forgot they also have a selection of "deluxe shakes" to satisfy every taste possible.
Needless-to-say it's a popular place with the locals and out-of-towner's alike!!!

We stopped in very late, but staff was very accommodating. Beware of the tortilla soup if you do not like really spicy foods. The sandwiches were delicious and the large selection of milkshakes was great.

Not originally a diner, but a gas station on Route 66. No matter. The way it's laid out it could have been there when Lucy, Desi, Fred and Ethel trekked west from NYC to LA in the 50's. Excellent diner food, but the milkshakes. OMG! Our son who can eat any quantity of anything had one to himself, but my wife and I had to share a chocolate malted. We all decided we could return to ABQ someday just for one!

Menu was extensive, almost too much to process. Service, despite being very busy, was excellent. Servings are decent size and very tasty. If you're doing Route 66, this is a must stop.

Good food. Large selections. Large portions. But really you go here for the Route 66 and 1950s theme... which will not disappoint. Largest collection of Pez dispensers ever!
They have a cool wall outside with salvaged Router 66 road signs that makes for great visual and photo backgrounds. Even if you don’t eat, it’s a great photo op.

Took my older parents, college kids and us. Met all our needs.
