“Too many freeloaders taking up table space”
Reviewed October 10, 2013

If you go here during the busy lunch time period, don't be surprised if you can't find the table or booth you prefer because groups of college students or "young entrepreneurs" are taking up the spaces while drinking tea and doing their homework or conducting business. It is infuriating that management allows prime space to be monopolized by non-revenue generating freeloaders using free wi-fi, with their study or business material spread over a table that is better suited for groups looking for a space to eat the food they just purchased. When more customers realize what's going on here, they, like us, will move along to a restaurant that actually looks out for their paying customers.

“Over rated and disappointing”
Reviewed July 8, 2013

We gave it two tries and it failed, won't be giving it a 3rd try. We waited in line amongst pandemonium for 10 or more minutes. I decided to find a seat while my husband waited in line to order because it was obvious that finding a seat was going to be and issue. My husband came back with a pathetic sandwich that we intended to share. The sandwich was to have turkey, bacon, tomato and avocado. What we got was turkey like deli processed meat, one slice of unripe tomato, small leaf of lettuce, one slice of funky bacon and no avocado as they ran out. No offer to substitute was made or adjustment in the price. We were still hungry afterwards. Crazy crowed, OVER PRICED. We loved Paradise Bakery, too bad it was bought by Panera.
We gave it a second try after a month or so and well, nothing memorable and nothing worth the price.

“Great Food, Great Service, Great Place”
Reviewed May 17, 2013

We have been here three times and have partaken of the bakery and the cafe. The baked goods, to go, are wonderful and so is the food. The staff is friendly and very competent. This is one place that I will go to over and over again. We have tried a few sandwiches, and they are all good. The only criticism I have is that the sandwiches do not come with sides and have to be purchased seperately.
