“Pueblo recipes, warm welcome with a Technical Difference”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 10, 2014

We were in Albuquerque 7-8 March for convention. Sunday morning we returned to Pueblo Harvest Cafe for breakfast. The huevos rancheros did not disappoint. Eggs served on blue corn tortillas, with beans, light cheese and chopped tomatoes on top. The green chile sauce was very tasty. Great coffee and wonderful staff. When Cathy Dixon took our order she was using a wifi pad to send out order directly to the kitchen to be prepared. The service is very efficient and food is soon before you. We travel a bit and this is the first restaurant we have been to using this technology. They sell wonderful fruit-filled pastries from their bakery.
The Pueblo Indian Center has a museum featuring a significant collection representing the 19 Pueblose of today. There are artists selling their work, a gift shop, dancing in the courtyard, and attractions too numerous to mention. Check them out online and plan to take the family. Everyone will find something of interest.

“Unique Experience”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 9, 2014

The Pueblo Harvest Restaurant is within the Native American Cultural Center. The building, and the restaurant, is round, reflecting the ancient form of a Kiva. The staff was wonderful, friendly and attentive. The wine list was good. The food was fantastic as long as you enjoy chiles . The fry bread was really good and came all though the day (the restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The traditional taco is completely unlike the hard, small, corn thing most easterners know-more like a pizza. The chile rellenos (mine with chicken) were just beyond good. Just a wonderful experience and helping to support the cultural center makes it even better.

“Excellent food, service and crafts, o and did I mention, excellent food!”

We stayed at the Holiday Inn across the street and walked over here for dinner. Food was great, the service was excellent and I then bought a number of items from the excellent vendors who were showcasing their art. Be warned, not only is the food good, but the portions are large!
