First, the atmosphere is gorgeous. We sat outside on a rather hot day and enjoyed it a lot. There was plenty of shade.
The menu is not very extensive and plates looked too simple and too pricy. However, when everything was served, we realized that they are of much better quality that one would expect. Even a simple tortilla (about $2/pc) turned out to be a very large tortilla that tasted amazing! So soft and full of taste...

Also, try blue corn onion rings! They are delicious and can be an appetizer for a party of 4.

The food was served very promptly and our servant was very courteous. We did spend more than usually but it was totally worth it.

There are very few vegetarian options though.

I asked my six year old daughter where she wanted to eat for lunch, she could choose anywhere in Alb. She selected IPCC Restaurant. Both of us ordered the red chile stew with pueblo bread because she said it tastes just like my Aunt's at the pueblo. The taste, the essence, took me right back to my pueblo. The rich red chile blend was cooked with beef and posole. The chile was hot enough for me. Though my daughter could eat this chile day and night don't be fooled she has been raised on chile, I would ask for a sample if possible to check if the chile is to your liking. The decor is amazingly reflective of pueblo art and architecture. If you are fortunate on your timing you'll end your meal by observing a live pueblo dance.

I thought I would "pop in" for a bite and then shop a bit. Had the Nambe Relleno and loved it! Great food and great service. You can buy traditional pueblo bread and pies here too!

The food was a good and had an Indian twist to it. Neat place to visit and a great bakery too. It has a gift shop right next door.
