If I had to be critical I'd say that it needs to be updated from the standpoint of the interior but the food and service was great. The prices are more than fair for a fresh tasting meal and we were very happy leaving. I hope Luigi's is always in Albuquerque.

Best salad bar in Albuquerque. Fresh, fresh, fresh. Huge selection of vegetables - celery, carrots, zucchini, lettuce, spinach, beets; also boiled eggs, black olives. Best authentic pasta and marinaro sauce in ABQ. I lived in Pittsburgh for 7 years and this restaurant is the closest REAL italian food in ABQ. Great pizza, shrimp scampi, fruit de mer- loaded with shrimp, clams, mussels. They deliver to your home as well! We've had big parties at our home (100s of people) and have ordered their shells, vegetarian options, lasagna, etc. which are delicious and crowd pleasers! They serve wine and beer at the restaurant. Great service (servers have been at this restaurant for years) , great owner who is always present in the establishment, which is always a sign that the restaurant has good service and food. Highly recommended. Fun atmosphere - they play Sinatra classics and also have a TV that plays the world cup soccer games (on mute). A reproduction of Da Vinci's Mona Lisa smiles upon you as you dine. Gluten free pasta available if that's your thing.

They have been there for years and with a name like that you would hope they were a little better. If you have a bland palette this is the place for you. Italian from the 1970’s, has not changed. The prices are fair.

This was our second visit figuring the first may have been an off night. Both times we were served by Fran, if you can call it service. She was rude and would rather scold other servers than check on her tables. The food was average, not bad, the atmosphere was good but will not return due to the service. If you do try this place be sure to get a different server.

We visited the restaurant with the group of about 15 people. We ate from the buffet, which was good, and if a pizza we wanted wasn't on the buffet, the staff gladly made some for us. The service was excellent, as was the pizza, and the salad choices on the buffet were very good as well. However, the rest of the items on the buffet were only fair.
