I can not believe there are only 2 reviews on Tripadvisor for this wonderful place. Chef Springer was named the Chef of the Year in 2010 by the New Mexico Restaurant Association. The food is wonderful and reasonably priced. My husband and I had an early dinner yesterday. I ordered the scallops and my husband ordered the beef bourguione ( sorry for the spelling). Both were outstanding as were the wine selections. I had a wonderful Chardonnay and my husband had a Pinot noir which were both from France. For dessert we shared a bananas flambé with delicious coffee.
