“Wonderful Dining”
Reviewed December 23, 2013 via mobile

I visited Albequerque for a five day convention.I stayed downtown by the convention center.I was looking for a quiet, quaint, spot for a small group, that was within walking distance. Also wanted delicious food. This restaurant far exceeded my expectations .The atmosphere is only surpassed by the quality of the food.I had the steamed artichoke ,Crab cakes ,and French onion soup.wonderful! Then I finished it with a chocolate dessert that was perfect.Everyone in our group raved about the food and the experience.I can't wait to return.

“Always good”

Ordered Shepard Pie, tasty. Waiter wasn't that good as he forgot a number of items and never apologized. Parking is really bad.

“Great dinner”
Reviewed December 8, 2013

We had a wonderful dinner at Artichoke Cafe. The atmosphere was great and the wait service was very good! The artichoke was a great start for our evening. We also enjoyed the French onion soup. The roasted garlic was also wonderful. We enjoyed our dinner so much, we returned later in the week for a repeat performance. It was great !

“Great place to celebrate a birthday!”
Reviewed November 13, 2013

My husband and I were in Albuquerque celebrating his birthday and selected the Artichoke Cafe for dinner. We had the calamari appetizer, the soup of the day which was outstanding, and the scallops as our main course. Everything was fresh and delicious! Wine was magnificent and the atmosphere was very pleasant. We will definitely return next time we are in Albuquerque.
Oh! almost forgot - we had the cream brulee for dessert and it was a wonderful treat!

“Never disappointed”
Reviewed November 10, 2013 via mobile

Wonderful restaurant on Central Ave. Service impeccable, lovely room and ambience. Food excellent as always--we enjoyed the pear and blue cheese salad, the chicken breast with fennel sweet potatoes and spinach, and the steak frites. Easy trip from Popejoy Hall.
