Julie the bartender was great. Knew her drinks was a great conversationalist. She engaged everyone as if they were family. Take her up on her Blue Ocean cocktail (goes by other entertaining names as well) it was delicious. Helped me out with picking a great dinner. Being an out of towner she told me about all the hot spots in Old Town and Knob Hill. Definitely coming back here the next time I’m in town again.

Room was clean, seemed a little out dated compared to other Hilton Garden Inns I've stayed at but wasn't run down. The only negative I can think of was that the lobby was extremely warm. I was told by staff that the air conditioning system hadn't been switched over yet. In spite of this, I decided to eat at the bar that evening and the service staff were great. Our server Julie was awesome and extremely personable and helpful with everything at dinner and I would've stayed longer after eating had the lobby area not been so hot. The best thing about the hotel is the 24 hour shuttle to the airport. We had a 5 am flight out and the shuttle was waiting right on time to take us that morning. Will definitely stay here again if I am back in the area.

Thank you so much for the very kind feedback, our Staff loves to make guests happy! I will share this review with Julie, she is fantastic!
We're sorry about the heat, the weather is crazy in ABQ for the last few months, it'll be 80 degrees one day and snowing the next. Hopefully next time you come to town, we are better aclimated.
Thank you so much! We hope to see you again soon!

When we arrived, our room smelled like smoke and the maintenance guy and manager confirmed this and set us up with an ozone filter because they didn't have any available room to move us into. The ozone filter ran all night and the room still smelled like smoke. The manager promised to comp our room but never followed through. A fire alarm went off sometime later at night that woke up everyone (two kids under age 4 and we had a 5:30am flight to catch the next morning). The room next door was full of loud kids that I asked twice to stop messing with the door between rooms to no avail until they fell asleep (I assume) around 1am. There were strange transients in the lobby in the evening that I later saw panhandling at a nearby gas station.

I do not plan on using Hilton hotels again.

We are so sorry you experienced all of these issues! This is terrible to hear. Please call and ask for the GM or Front office Manager so they can try to make it right with you. We do care very much about our guests and these issues you experienced need to be addressed by the highest level of management at this point.
