We recently had a great dinner at Pasion Latin Fusion and will be back. Even our four year old loved her Quesadilla and white rice (substituted for fries.) My wife and I split the fish tacos and the carnitas tacos with the black beans and rice and the esquite (a corn, mayo, cream, cheese, and red pepper mixtures served in its own broth...yes try it!!) We couldn't have been more pleased. The fish was perfectly fried - not too oily - and the cabbage and chipotle sauce was a perfect compliment to the dish and the carnitas were extremely tender and full of flavor. I ordered a mojito which is made with a rum wine (they only have a beer and wine license...no liquor) and it had the perfect balance of mint and sugar. We will be back and we will be telling our friends. A restaurant whose plain exterior does not reflect the interior's cozy environment and delicious food. I recommend Pasion Latin Fusion when another night of going out for "Mexican" food in Albuquerque gets old.
