I was going to Alburquque on business during the balloon fiesta week and all of the major hotels were already booked. My customer advised trying the INN which really worked out well. It was 15 minutes to downtown and about the same distance to the balloon event. The Inn is located on a golf course and although the rooms are dated, the setting is as good as it gets. The rooms open up to gardens facing the first tee and in my opinion, offer a great affordable alternative to the major hotels. The Innkeeper Tony is friendly and helpful.....there is a complimentary breakfast at the INN....and the golf course has a nice grill room for lunch and a limited dinner menu. It's not the Ritz, but it is very nice and I will go back.
