I would recommend to anyone, very secure and just a great environment. Staff were very helpful and wouldn't be able to find a cleaner room anywhere in the city. Albuquerque Hotel Parq Central Highly Recommended!

Having traveled all over the world as an Air Force officer and aerospace contractor, I can tell you that you are in fro a unique experience at the Hotel Para Central. From the initial pick up at the airport via their shuttle to my checkout and departure, it was a very positive experience. The rooms were very nice, the employees were all customer focused, and the management was very interested in our comments about our stay. I was there in conjunction with a USAF hosted conference and there was a smile on every employees face and a true focus on customer service. Catered meal was excellent! Only open since October, Yancy has done a great job building a team!! Special Kudos to Leah, Mike, and Noelle! We will be back!

Dear BillWMelbourne,

Thank you for choosing to staying with us while you were in Albuquerque. We are delighted that our shuttle service to the airport and within a 3 mile radius of the hotel was useful for you during your stay. We are glad to hear that you not only found our staff to be customer focused, but that our efforts are sincere. Ensuring that the needs of each of our guests are met is why we enjoy working in hospitality. Hosting the USAF conference was a great experience for us, as it was the largest we have yet hosted, and we are happy to know it was productive and successful. We appreciate your feedback and suggestions for improvement; you will be happy to know that we now have the ability to offer sodas, both Pepsi and Coke, at the front desk.

We look forward to your return on your next visit to Albuquerque!

All the best,

Noelle Wallace

My husband and I stayed a few days at Hotel Parq and really enjoyed the room. It was on the small size, but it was well decorated and had a very nice bed. The location is convenient in terms of being next to restaurants and the train station. However, it is right off the highway so there's not a lot of atmosphere when you are outside but building and the views aren't great.

The one major disappointment was the breakfast that they raved about on their website. There were was no fresh squeezed juices, unless you count Tropicana, which I'm not even sure it was. I didn't see any organic food. It was one small step up from an average to- go hotel breakfast bar. I wouldn't be complaining if the hotel hadn't advertised such misleading information about the breakfast. On our second day my husband and I decided to skip the breakfast and go out and spend money on a good meal. It was worth it!

There were a few staff members who really went out of there way to make our stay enjoyable and that really made a difference in the rating I gave. Not everyone was that friendly and I wish I could remember their names so I could give them the props that they deserve.

My husband and I enjoyed the roof top although the food was average.

Definitely the best hotel downtown. Clean, spotless and very inviting for sure. The beds are extremly comfortable and the linen is clean & soft. Breakfast there is delicious as they have a great healthy variety to choose from. It was very relaxing sitting in the patio by the fountain in the rocking chair, nice touch. The roof top lounge has an amazing view of downtown and a gorgeous view of the sunset. I highly recommend this hotel. I would stay there again.

This hotel was recently renovated in a very original way, I loved how they left details everywhere of what it use to be, awesome. Everything was great, the only thing I missed was a three meal restaurant with room service and a few more smiles from the front desk
employees.

We loved this place. It's a historical landmark - the building used to house several different medical facilities, and it has been beautifully renovated. It's elegant but not pretentious. Our room was a little small, so next time I would reserve the "deluxe" rather than the "traditional." Breakfast is included, and it is quite delicious - quiche, fresh fruit, pastries, and other goodies. Be sure to enjoy the 4th floor lounge, where they serve drinks and small plates. We were disappointed with the food in the lounge, but we realized people go for the gorgeous view of the city from the beautifully appointed roof. The front desk staff was very gracious, especially Michael. He couldn't do enough for us, addressed us by our names, and really seemed to care about our experience with the hotel.

This, in my opinion, is the best hotel downtown. Great rooms and fantastic staff. Everything was very clean and the staff was great to work with. Outside hot tub was very nice as well! Great breakfast provided by friendly host at the hotel.
