David rode the high wire bike. It was full of things for the kids to do and kept them occupied. We loved the water portion of the museum. It was neat to play in the water physics. We managed to get the airplane to fly. We weren't successful at building a contraption. But it didn't matter, the kids just liked having things they could touch.

So my family has visited many children's museums and this is hands down the best one out there. There is just so much to do! This was made with kids (of all ages) in mind. Every station has something interesting. We were there for hours and hours and did not probably see more than 1/4 of the museum.

This place had so much to do that we ended going two days in a row. The first day was spent at the Children's Museum and the second at the Science Center.

The Children's Museum had a TON of interactive displays and activities for kids of all ages. Two stories tall, spanning thousands of square feet, our 7 and 5 year old boys did not have any problems finding things to interact with. The best areas we felt were on the second floor in the music section as well as just outside that area an architectural area where pre-cut wood with grooves could be used to build to your mind's imagination!

At the Science Center, there were many displays as well but more geared towards slightly older kids. The area downstairs with the insects was very popular as the curator pulled out various bugs and snakes to allow kids to interact with them. The special exhibit Grossology was very fun as well.

If you have kids (or are a kid at heart), stop by these two on your vacation. You will have fun and learn a few things as well.

This is one of my 8 year olds favorite places. She is always learning and likes to go there especially when they do the presentations as she gets to not just see but be a part of the learning.

I enjoy myself as much as the kids. For all ages the exhibits, toys, and demonstrations and great fun. If you're not enjoying yourself as much as the kids, you're doing it wrong.
