Zoo is very nice. We enjoyed the aquarium also. Price is reasonable (we have become annual members). Parking is easy and close. Staff always helpful and friendly.

From the holiday season light tour to the first-class aquarium, the Albuquerque BioPark is always a thoroughly refreshing place to visit.

“Maybe good for kids and better in warm weather”
Reviewed January 7, 2013

The aquarium was OK, a nice refuge from the cold but quite small by comparison. In winter the botanic gardens have little to offer unless seen at night when the holiday lights are on display. The conservatories were nice, but also quite small.

“Jam at the Bio Park”
Reviewed January 2, 2013

Went to the park for a concert. I was blown away. Parking was easy, they had drinks in the park (reasonable too!). The park also books great music. They amplified it in a way to where it wasn't too loud nor too soft. Plus they had speakers everywhere so you could walk around and look at the whole park during sunset and listen to the live music. I will be going back!

“It was nice.”
Reviewed January 2, 2013

We had a local guy give us a tour. It was really nice and relaxing. You could bring a blanket and hang out. But there was no shuttle for the zoo and we had tickets for both, our meal was sponsored by the zoo, and the event was only a few hours, so that was a problem. the zoo does not provide chairs or tables and the ground is damp.
