The minute you walk in, the scent of the beautiful roses stops you in your tracks. Landscaped gardens and beautiful pots filled with flowers. The childrens garden is really cute.

“Great City Park”
Reviewed October 23, 2012

We thoroughly enjoyed the park. Kudos for Albuquerque for this Park. I agree with the reviewer on the lack of signage. We would have had trouble finding it without our gps. Once there, there was one place to buy tickets, but two different entrances. One for the Aquarium and one for the gardens, all not very well marked. The Garden was quite nice and the large Scale Garden railroad was a fun addition to the garden. The butterfly house was better than most. Don't judge the aquarium by the first room, there was more to it than the first impression.

“A Garden in the City”

A lovely spot with wonderful plants. So big that it is easy to get lost. Great spot to bring family and get in a good walk while enjoying the gardens.

“Garden - Aquarium”
Reviewed October 17, 2012

It was okay. Maybe this would be a better day outing for a family with young children. For us the garden would have been better had there been more signage for the different plants. The aquarium was small with not a lot to see - though the shark tank was good.
