We tried this place because of the TripAdviser reviews, and ended up staying 4 nights. Kay, her husband and staff have obviously worked to update and freshen up the place. On a main street but quiet room. Kay is very concerned to hear about anything they can do to make things better. The only negative is the breakfast, which could be more complete. We will certainly stay here again the next time we are in town.

It's like staying with family!! Very clean and very comfortable. This is not a top luxury hotel just a simple, clean and friendly place to stay. Close to old town. We will return and stay on our way to and from the Grand Canyon.

My husband and I were traveling through Albuquerque and chose to stay at the Sandia Peak Inn due to their reasonable pricing in the AAA Tour Book. Their location is a bit off the interstate, but well worth the short detour. The owners, Pat and Kay, were extraordinarily accommodating, professional, but very personable and they made our stay memorable and a delight. They were happy to meet our every need.

We stayed in a beautifully decorated, large suite for only $72. The suite included two beds, refrigerator, microwave, table and chairs and a large desk. The suite was a corner room and very quiet. Kay keeps the cheerful breakfast room well stocked with supplies for a simple breakfast of cold cereals, rolls, toast and drinks.

The Inn is located just a few stoplights from the historic downtown plaza, where we enjoyed shopping for authentic local Indian artistry and delicious food. We will plan to spend more time in Albuquerque on our next trip and will definitely stay at the Sandia Peak Inn.

Spotlessly clean and a great location this hotel was fantastic to stay at and value for money. The Manager was especially helpful and couldn't do enough to ensure our needs were met. We would thoroughly recommend staying here and would not hesitate to visit again.

An exceptional value for the price. We had a king bed, 42 inch flat screen TV, fridge, micro, internet, indoor pool and breakfast all for less than $50!
It is located close to Old Towne but was very quiet at night. Kay personally took us to our room to make sure we liked it. We were more than pleased.

I thought that high quality, very clean, and extremely friendly small hotels were a thing of the past…it is good to see that there are still a few small motel owners that have that pride of ownership and customer service that I thought was long forgotten.

My partner and I stayed at the Sandia Peak Inn Motel during a recent vacation to New Mexico.

If you're looking for a comfortable place to lay your head at night at a value price, look no further than this family-owned motel.

From the moment we were greeted, we felt at home. The owners live on the premises so you know you will be treated like family.

Our room was clean and comfortable and the price could not be beat, considering we were only 5 minutes away from the heart of everything in Albuquerque.

We would stay there again and recommend it highly.
