Loved our visit to Level 5 in the beautiful Hotel Chaco. Amazing atmosphere and loved our food. My short ribs were spectacular. Thanks for the outstanding service Benjamin and your first class knowledge of the wine list and helpful recommendations.

Hotel Chaco is a new hotel near the Plaza and Sawmill district. It's design echoes ancient kivas and Pueblo Bonito in Chaco Canyon. We had an extraordinary stay there. The staff and manager were delightful and made sure we felt welcome and cared for. The rooms themselves are beautifully designed and very comfortable. Some have great soaking tubs. We will definitely come back!

My husband and I just stumbled upon this fantastic hotel! Everything is top shelf, from the staff, housekeeping, decor, restaurant, location and views. Matthew, the manager, was very kind to us and so helpful, as was the charming young ladies at check in and throughout our stay. The valet young men were personable and ever so helpful. We were given recommendations for things to do and see. Old Town is walking distance and very charming and fun to poke around in. Our king suite was fabulous with high end appointments. The housekeeping staff were great and made sure we had plenty of water, coffee and creamers. Always love turn down service! The roof top bar and restaurant was phenomenal. Drinks with a fire and view is quite the memory! The food is chef inspired and very yummy. The fitness facility and hot tub were quite the asset and necessity after lots of eating and walking. And with all of this “top notch”, they are super pet friendly! We can hardly wait for our next visit and a stay at Hotel Chaco! Thanks again to Matt and everyone for making our stay special and making us feel special. We will be bringing Phoebe the next time! She will love you all!

Room Tip: Not sure there is a “bad” location in this hotel!

Amazing hotel! Staff was super friendly. Stephanie made the perfect accommodations for our night stay there. Our room was perfect with a balcony view of the Sandia mountains, deep soak tub and a fireplace. This hotel is beautiful and clean, not to mention that the beds were so comfortable. You will not be disappointed at all. Anytime we need a mini getaway, our stay will be at Hotel Chaco!

This hotel is an absolute gem. The fitness center is one of the best I’ve ever seen in a hotel in the United States. Yoga with Alexis was a wonderful touch. The overall design element left no detail ignored. The common areas and rooms were both beautiful designed. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. This is definitely our place to stay in Albuquerque.
