Watch your wallet at this place. Extra $10 daily charge for internet services (unless you're a "select" customer), even though their web site advertises internet service as part of the room "features." To state such services are "available," is misleading, since MOST hotels in the 21st century have internet service "available" and MOST that we've experienced to NOT pay extra for it. We protested this with the front desk, and managed to convince them to honor their advertising -- but this should not have been necessary. They stick a bottle of water on the counter with a tag saying a $4.00 charge will be incurred if utilized. They include a complimentary "bed turn down" service and up to 2 coffees delivered in the morning (anticipating that customers will pay through the nose for added breakfast items). We could have cared less about this kind of baloney, and I really don't think most customers do. They put a bottle of ironing starch in the bathroom, with a tag (in fine print) stating that the customer will be charged if utilized. The shower pressure was poor. Faucet was reversed from the norm for hot/cold temperature. Their bell hops REFUSE to provide luggage carts to customers who CHOOSE to transport their own belongings. Extra charges for self-parking. If it were not for this CONSTANT kind of cost trappings, we would have really felt much better about staying here.
