We stayed here June of 2012 for 3 nights. We had a baby and 2 teenagers, so we were looking for a family-friendly environment and this was it! You walk right across a street and you are at the beach.
We walked past the Holiday Inn and we were glad we did not choose to stay there, it seems like party central all week and weekend long. Very loud and noisy. Full of young loud partiers.
It was nice to creep back to our fully stocked little condo at the end of the day at the beach. Food is very expensive around this area, so it was nice to be able to at least eat breakfast or fix some sandwiches. Saved us a lot of money
I agree with the other reviewer, a bit "granny-style" in the decorating, but everything was clean and comfortable. We felt very safe.
We stayed in Condo 211 which was right next to the pool and also close to the parking area. They seem to spread the guests out, so we didn't notice any noise while we were there (this was nice so the baby was able to nap as needed).
We would stay here again. I wish they were a little more affordable.More
