Excellence display of plumerias. Nice rose garden, but needed some work. Good orchid greenhouse. Butterfly house is along worth the visit.

Great little spot! It's small (we're used to the spacious grounds of the Fort Worth Botanic Gardens), but beautiful. We were able to bring out dog along and we all had a great time! The wetlands area was completely dry though- bummer. Great birds to view and nice walking paths

Orchids are a beautiful collection of award winning flowers and society members. Ivan the Terrible is an amazing huge Iguana and an unexpected surprise. I loved that they had tropical birds throughout the gardens. A tropical garden was being developed and the bromeliad conservatory needs a alot of work. The butterfly garden was wonderful for my boys to see as well but also a work in progress. It is nothing like the Botanical Gardens in San Antonio, but they are only using a natural based setting and as a result, the gardens are structurally, very informal. We will go back to see the end result in a couple of years. It is $7 adults and about $5 for kids.

I especially like to come to the gardens in spring. It's a nice stroll through all the flowers. The Orchids are beautiful too.
